in short, downloading *this* .ra file is not an option.
.ram files with a pnm address like this one stream audio from a RealAudio
server (vs. http server). The .ra file in question is in the user
directory ~SonyTechno which, in this case, is not accessible via http or
ftp. other server set-ups can be different and possibly allow for a
workaround. But generally, this will meet this disapproval of artists and
labels.
